ARHD Party
Workplace inclusion training shouldn’t feel like a mandatory obligation to employees; in fact, it is more likely to be effective if participants actively engage with the ideas being presented to them. Our immersive events are designed to get your entire team excited about equity.
First, we use a survey to gauge your current culture, and then, we use fun music, tasty food, and storytelling to jumpstart the challenging conversations necessary to build a company-wide culture of inclusion.
